- Actively identify and engage potential customers for XLSmart products
- Present product features and benefits effectively to meet customer needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Provide accurate product information and address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies
- Report sales activities and results to management regularly
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Active, communicative, and willing to learn new skills
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve better income
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales tools
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Resident of Purworejo or willing to relocate
