Tanggung Jawab
- Design and Implement Automation: Build and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and Process Builder automations to streamline business processes.
- QA and Troubleshooting: Perform rigorous Quality Assurance testing to identify bugs and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Data Management: Oversee data migration and ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data across all platforms.
- System Configuration: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and reports to meet specific business requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- User Support: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption of the Salesforce platform.
- Optimization: Monitor system performance and continuously optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer with a strong understanding of CRM concepts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Apex, and declarative development tools.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with international teams.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote/temporary setting and manage project timelines effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
