As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing our customer relationship management (CRM) infrastructure. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs, design solutions, and implement configurations that enhance productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage User Access and Security: Configure user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and appropriate access levels across the organization.
- System Configuration: Design and implement Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and tabs to align with business processes.
- Process Automation: Leverage Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity, perform data migration, and create reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
- End-User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting Salesforce issues and providing training to end-users.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to recommend improvements to the platform.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM role (2-4 years preferred).
- Certification: Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and workflow automation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
