Are you a tech-savvy professional looking to make a significant impact at Identiti International, Inc? We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce and IT Admin to join our dynamic team in Makati. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, spearheading IT migration projects, ensuring the stability and security of our office network infrastructure, and acting as the primary subject matter expert for our Salesforce CRM environment.
You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our business processes through seamless technology integration. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting, system administration, and driving efficiency across organizational workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT migration projects to modernize existing systems.
- Administer, configure, and maintain the company’s Salesforce instance to support sales and operations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot office network performance, hardware, and software issues.
- Develop and implement IT policies to ensure data security and compliance.
- Provide technical support and training to staff regarding Salesforce functionality and IT best practices.
- Manage user access rights, security profiles, and system backups for both local and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of network administration (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls).
- Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure migration and system implementation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
