Staff Domain Inc is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Application Architect with deep expertise in Omnistudio to join our dynamic team. This is a remote, work-from-home position based in Pampanga, Central Luzon, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to impactful projects.
As a Salesforce Application Architect specializing in Omnistudio, you will operate at a senior engineering level and progress strongly into architecture. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging Omnistudio (Vlocity) to deliver industry-specific solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical design sessions, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include defining solution architecture, managing technical debt, mentoring developers, and driving innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in salesforce development, architecture principles, and deep knowledge of Omnistudio components like OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce Omnistudio (Vlocity) solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Define and maintain technical architecture, including data models, integration patterns, and system landscapes.
- Design and configure OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting code quality and design standards.
- Perform code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and Omnistudio updates, evaluating and adopting new features as appropriate.
- Document architectural decisions, technical designs, and solution artifacts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2+ years focused on Omnistudio/Vlocity.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Application Architect or Technical Architect, with a track record of delivering complex solutions.
- Deep understanding of Omnistudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Calculation Matrices).
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Omnistudio (Vlocity) Certification.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APEX, Lightning Web Components, and integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
