Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement comprehensive Customer Data Management (CDM) strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain robust integration frameworks to connect Salesforce with disparate enterprise systems and data sources.
- Design, build, and optimize data models that support a 360-degree view of the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and implement scalable Salesforce-native solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Oversee data cleansing, deduplication, and transformation processes to ensure high-quality data input/output.
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot data flow bottlenecks to maintain system efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on data architecture and integration.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and REST/SOAP APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud or experience building customized 360-degree customer data models.
- Proven expertise in ETL processes, data mapping, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or Salesforce Connect).
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical architectural designs.
