You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, perform comprehensive data profiling, and execute precise source-to-target mapping to ensure seamless data integration and migration.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform in-depth data analysis, profiling, and validation within the Salesforce platform to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and execute complex source-to-target data mapping strategies for data migration and integration projects.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and custom reports in Salesforce to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define data quality rules, and provide actionable insights.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies through thorough root cause analysis.
- Support data governance initiatives by documenting data lineage, metadata, and standard operating procedures.
- Optimize data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability of Salesforce reporting and analytics.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support and data extracts to assist sales, marketing, and management teams.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on the Salesforce platform.
- Expertise in Salesforce data structures, objects (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, etc.), and reporting capabilities.
- Solid understanding of data profiling techniques, data quality assessment, and source-to-target mapping methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder) is a strong plus.
