Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other platform technologies.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance technical architectures within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
- Manage data integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Administer Salesforce environments, oversee sandbox management, orchestrate deployments via CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and manage release cycles.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, data models, and detailed design documents.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, product roadmaps, and community best practices to continuously evolve our platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement process automation opportunities using Flow, Process Builder, and other declarative tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of direct hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer with a demonstrable portfolio of successful enterprise implementations.
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing and visibility rules, and data governance best practices.
- Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab, or equivalent) and using version control systems (Git).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to interface effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II certification is strongly preferred.
