Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer looking to make a significant impact within a global organization? Detmold Group is seeking a talented and driven Salesforce Developer to join our growing team in Puchong, Selangor. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Salesforce ecosystem, responsible for designing, building, and implementing scalable solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance customer experiences.
As part of our dynamic IT team, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, systems analysts, and technical partners to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical configurations. Whether it’s optimizing existing processes, developing custom components, or integrating third-party systems, your contribution will be instrumental in our digital transformation journey. We are looking for a problem-solver with a passion for clean code and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to transform business requirements into functional technical designs.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce configurations, ensuring high system performance and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external enterprise systems via APIs.
- Perform comprehensive unit testing and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality engineering standards.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for Salesforce-related issues.
- Manage deployment processes, ensuring seamless releases across various Salesforce environments (Sandbox, UAT, Production).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Hands-on proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II) are highly preferred.
- Experience with data migration and enterprise-level system integration is a plus.
