- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions for sales and marketing business functions
- Customize and configure Salesforce CRM objects, fields, workflows, and automation rules
- Develop Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components
- Create and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems via APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications
- Ensure data quality, security compliance, and system performance optimization
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for Salesforce solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Certification (Salesforce Developer or Platform Developer I preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an offshore environment
