- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Define and implement Salesforce architectural best practices, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all solutions.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce development projects, from design and development to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other IT teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications and solutions.
- Drive innovation by evaluating new Salesforce features, AppExchange products, and emerging technologies to enhance existing platforms and build new capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, Salesforce Governor Limits, and quality assurance processes, including code reviews and automated testing.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful and on-time completion of Salesforce initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership in Salesforce platform roadmap planning and implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, integration patterns, and data migration strategies.
- Multiple active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing technical teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
