Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Design functional solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with best practices and scalability.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to meet business needs.
- Partner with developers during build and testing phases to provide functional clarifications and ensure accuracy.
- Lead system and user acceptance testing, create test cases, and coordinate user training sessions.
- Manage data migration, integration requirements, and maintain data quality across systems.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and propose enhancements to optimize platform usage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst, Consultant, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, or Marketing Clouds and their capabilities.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, App Builder) are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops and presenting to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
