- Analyze business requirements and translate functional specifications into Salesforce configurations
- Design, implement, and test Salesforce solutions (Sales/Service Cloud) aligned with organizational goals
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to document business processes
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support for Salesforce applications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot configuration issues
- Develop documentation for system changes, processes, and best practices
- Collaborate with IT teams on integrations with third-party systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce functional analysis experience with Sales/Service Cloud
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflow rules, and automation tools
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and Salesforce ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with requirement gathering and business process modeling
- Salesforce Administrator/Consultant certification preferred
