Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce implementations
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet functional and technical specifications
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues and bugs
- Prepare technical documentation including functional specifications and process flows
- Recommend best practices and optimization strategies for Salesforce usage
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and validation rules
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
