Quess is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Lightning Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for architecting and building scalable solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. You will leverage a combination of declarative tools and advanced coding practices to customize our CRM platform, ensuring seamless integration and superior user experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and test high-quality Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex classes to enhance the user interface and functionality of Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement SOQL and Apex triggers efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of the Salesforce org.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers within the team.
- Integrate third-party applications and APIs with the Salesforce platform to expand system capabilities.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all development activities comply with Salesforce security best practices and coding standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Apex programming, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Proven experience in designing scalable Salesforce architecture and implementing enterprise-grade solutions.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS, along with experience in state management frameworks.
- Experience working with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
