We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform & Delivery Lead to oversee our offshore Salesforce delivery and support function. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the offshore Salesforce delivery team, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are consistently met
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing client expectations
- Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce processes, governance frameworks, and technical best practices
- Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Act as primary escalation point for complex technical challenges and cross-functional coordination
- Develop and maintain Salesforce roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging platform capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience with 2+ years in leadership/management roles
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) and platform architecture
- Proven experience managing offshore teams and cross-functional project delivery
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Solution Architect) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
