Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce project delivery, from requirement gathering and design to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce Administrators and Developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Define and enforce Salesforce platform governance, best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into technical specifications, and propose optimal Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee Salesforce configuration, customization, integration, and data migration strategies.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the Salesforce platform.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend strategic platform enhancements.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices within the Salesforce development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership, architect, or senior delivery role.
- Multiple Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, System Architect).
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex Salesforce implementations and digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Pardot capabilities.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid work model and/or night shift environment is a plus.
