Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design and implementation strategy for complex, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Partner with pre-sales teams to develop compelling proposals, solution architectures, and effort estimates for prospective clients.
- Provide expert technical leadership and governance throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Facilitate discovery workshops to translate intricate business challenges into scalable, robust technical roadmaps.
- Oversee multi-cloud integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
- Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all architectural designs adhere to best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- 12+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 8 years specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven track record in designing and deploying end-to-end solutions for Fortune 500 or large-scale enterprise clients.
- Expert-level certifications (Salesforce Certified Technical Architect - CTA, or multiple System/Application Architect credentials).
- Deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, Integration patterns (REST/SOAP/MuleSoft), and Salesforce Data modeling.
- Demonstrated success in leading pre-sales activities and client-facing stakeholder management.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and CI/CD best practices for Salesforce deployments.
