As a Salesforce QA Engineer at Cloudstaff, you will be responsible for end-to-end testing of complex Salesforce implementations. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify defects, automate testing processes, and ensure that our CRM solutions drive maximum business value. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) within the Salesforce platform.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using issue tracking tools like Jira.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Perform data validation and integrity checks within Salesforce environments.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure platform compatibility and performance.
- Provide regular status updates and detailed defect reports to stakeholders and project managers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning experience.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Tosca, or Salesforce-specific tools like Copado or Provar).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC, with an emphasis on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs for testing purposes is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/work-from-home setting with minimal supervision.
