Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects for US-based Telecommunications clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to streamline telco operations and customer support workflows.
- Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and legacy telco billing, CRM, and network management systems.
- Conduct data migration, cleansing, and quality assurance to ensure data integrity across Salesforce environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct user adoption sessions to drive platform utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, specifically within the Telecommunications or IT Services sector.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce features including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools: Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical US stakeholders.
- Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management principles.
