Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers to highlight key features and benefits.
- Negotiate prices and terms to close sales agreements and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer relationship management (CRM) records accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in any field, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Retail Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or retail position is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required for field visits.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and MS Office.
