As a Salesman at Dirgaputra Ekapratama, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring our products reach their target audience effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and reach sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Salesman or in a relevant field within the consumer goods industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong self-motivation and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and own vehicle is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Pulo Gadung and Jakarta Raya market territory.
