You will manage the end-to-end process of delivering orders, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining high standards of product presentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Product Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver beer and soda products to retail outlets and direct clients in the assigned area.
- Direct Sales: Perform face-to-face sales activities, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction at the point of delivery.
- Invoicing & Documentation: Accurately process and collect payments, prepare invoices, and maintain delivery records.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and feedback promptly.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle before and after each route.
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure orders are fulfilled completely.
Kualifikasi
- License Requirements: Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (non-expired).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Salesman Driver or similar role in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and management.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy cases of beverages (up to 20kg) and endure long hours of driving and walking.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge in using mobile devices for invoicing or data entry is an advantage.
- Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and capable of working flexible schedules, including weekends.
