Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine sales visits to assigned retail outlets to maintain product availability.
- Manage the order cycle from initiation to successful repeat order execution.
- Perform timely and accurate collection of payments from customer outlets.
- Monitor stock levels at retail sites and suggest replenishment orders.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with store owners and managers to ensure brand loyalty.
- Prepare daily sales activity reports and collection summaries for management.
- Identify potential new business opportunities or un-serviced outlets within the designated territory.
- Ensure that all company products are displayed effectively and according to planograms.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) education in any field.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or field operations is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Deep understanding of the Denpasar area and retail distribution networks.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Disciplined, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to utilize mobile applications for reporting and administrative tasks.
