As a Salesman at Indofood, you will be the face of our world-class products. You will play a vital role in expanding our market presence, building lasting relationships with retail partners, and ensuring our products are available to consumers exactly where they need them. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail customers in the assigned territory.
- Identify and acquire new retail outlets to increase product distribution and market share.
- Ensure optimal product display and availability at all assigned retail touchpoints.
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently through proactive selling and route planning.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide feedback to the sales management team.
- Handle customer inquiries, product orders, and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns effectively at the store level.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, specifically in FMCG, Retail, or General Trade sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse shop owners.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle for daily field operations.
- Familiarity with the Pulo Gadung and surrounding Jakarta areas is highly preferred.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and the ability to work independently in the field.
