Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Research and identify new market opportunities within the Medan region.
- Keep the sales floor and display areas organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification (SMA/SMK).
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Valid SIM A (motorcycle driver's license) is a plus for local territory coverage.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a strong desire to succeed.
- Fluency in Indonesian is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
