Tanggung Jawab
- Provide detailed product information and promotional offers to customers
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service
- Generate and submit monthly sales performance reports
- Actively promote new products and special promotions
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Maintain organized product displays and store appearance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid SIM and own transportation (advantageous)
- Resident of Semarang or surrounding areas preferred
