In this role, you will be the face of our iconic brands, ensuring that our products reach every customer effectively and maintain strong visibility in the market.
As a Salesman Staff, you will play a critical role in our distribution network. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with outlet owners, managing territory sales performance, and ensuring that Mayora's high-quality products are perfectly displayed. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting regular visits to retail outlets and key accounts within the assigned territory.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, including product presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Executing effective product merchandising and ensuring optimal shelf display according to company planograms.
- Handling administrative duties including accurate order processing and collection of payments (penagihan).
- Monitoring competitor activities and providing market insights to the sales manager.
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with store owners and trade partners.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Possess a valid Driving License (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of the local area in Tangerang/Banten.
- Disciplined, honest, and resilient under pressure.
