Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored product solutions that add value.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a high level of professionalism.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and monitor market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma holder or equivalent field experience.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong desire to succeed.
