- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities for maintenance services across Jakarta
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through regular communication and value delivery
- Develop customized solutions to meet clients' maintenance service requirements
- Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance metrics in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in maintenance services or industrial solutions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities for market assessment and opportunity evaluation
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
