Salon Associates – Structural Design Excellence in Kelantan

As a Salon Associate, you will utilize advanced tools like ETABS and RAM to deliver robust, safe, and cost-effective structural solutions. You will collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure project excellence from concept to completion. This role is perfect for a driven structural engineer ready to step into a prominent client-facing and design leadership position.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead structural design analysis and detailed design using ETABS and RAM for the 'Salon' flagship project.
- Prepare comprehensive design reports, calculations, and technical specifications for tender and construction.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (Architectural, MEP, QS) to resolve design conflicts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and CAD technicians in best practices.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising structural integrity.
- Ensure strict compliance with UBBL, Eurocodes, BS, and MS 1553 standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
- Currently registered with BEM and an active member of IEM. (Graduate or Professional Engineer).
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in a structural design consultancy environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in ETABS and RAM Structural System. Knowledge of SAFE, PROKON is a plus.
- Strong grasp of reinforced concrete and steel design fundamentals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and work autonomously in a hybrid setting.
- Experience with BIM (Revit Structure) and digital delivery workflows is highly valued.
