Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for fashion production and trend-driven design? PT Motel Rocks Bali is seeking a highly skilled Sample Development Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our product creation process, bridging the gap between design concepts and final production-ready samples.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our collections reflect the iconic Motel Rocks aesthetic. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a sharp eye for garment construction, and excels at cross-functional communication with local production teams and international stakeholders.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire sample development lifecycle from initial design sketch to final approval.
- Create and maintain accurate, comprehensive tech packs for all product categories.
- Coordinate closely with sample rooms to ensure production timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct rigorous fit sessions and provide clear, actionable feedback to the production team.
- Manage the procurement and tracking of raw materials, fabrics, and trims for development samples.
- Troubleshoot construction issues and suggest cost-effective, aesthetic solutions.
- Update internal systems with sample status, costing, and production data in real-time.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in garment merchandising, sample development, or production coordination.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric properties.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and technical software for creating detailed tech packs.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple collections simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with international teams.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
