Join Pan Brothers as a Sample Marker/Pattern Room Assistant Manager and play a pivotal role in our production excellence. You will be responsible for optimizing material supply chains to production lines, ensuring seamless workflow achievement while maintaining operational efficiency. This hands-on position requires meticulous coordination between design, production, and procurement teams to guarantee timely material availability and minimize waste. You'll implement strategic inventory controls, analyze production bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in our marker/pattern operations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses a keen eye for detail to uphold our industry-leading quality standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate material procurement and distribution to production departments to meet daily targets
- Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient stock replenishment systems
- Optimize marker/pattern room operations for maximum productivity and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate material specifications for samples
- Train and supervise team members on material handling and production protocols
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of material usage, inventory, and production metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in production planning or material management
- Proficiency in textile production software and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to operational detail
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination abilities
- Proven track record in optimizing supply chain processes
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing and marker/pattern development
