Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare high-quality sandwiches, salads, and wraps according to Subway brand standards.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to every guest.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace and dining area.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking and receiving deliveries.
- Assist in opening or closing procedures as scheduled.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- Energetic, reliable, and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude and a passion for teamwork.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks comfortably.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
