Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to Subway standards and customer specifications.
- Operate the food truck equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and processing payments efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels of fresh ingredients and notify management when supplies are low.
- Assist in the setup, breakdown, and cleaning of the food truck at various event locations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations at all times.
- Handle food preparation tasks including slicing vegetables, preparing meats, and baking bread.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food service, F&B, or a similar customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a mobile food truck environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by events.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A valid driver's license is an added advantage but not mandatory.
