Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and guide them through the Subway ordering process.
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and wraps according to Subway's strict quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen and dining area.
- Efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Keep the service counter, dining tables, and workstations clean and organized at all times.
- Assist in opening or closing store procedures as scheduled.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic command of Bahasa Malaysia and English is an advantage.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia.
