Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality Subway sandwiches, salads, and wraps according to brand standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to every guest.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment, including food preparation areas and dining space.
- Manage food inventory and practice proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations strictly.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be energetic, punctual, and highly reliable.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
