We are seeking a skilled Sanitary Engineer to join our team on a contract basis for an exciting project located in the picturesque and developing area of Calatagan, Batangas.
In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of sanitary and plumbing systems, ensuring full compliance with national building codes and environmental safety standards. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that water supply, wastewater treatment, and drainage systems are integrated seamlessly into our high-standard construction projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee the installation of water supply, drainage, and sewage disposal systems for construction projects.
- Ensure all sanitary designs comply with the Philippine Plumbing Code and environmental regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control of plumbing and sanitary installations.
- Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to integrate sanitary systems into overall building blueprints.
- Prepare technical reports, material estimates, and procurement requirements for sanitary fixtures and piping.
- Troubleshoot sanitary system issues during the construction phase to prevent delays.
- Maintain clear documentation and site logs for auditing and project reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sanitary Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Current PRC License as a Registered Sanitary Engineer is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sanitary design and site supervision, preferably in large-scale construction.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD) and project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, DPWH standards, and environmental compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a project-based site environment.
- Ability to reside or work on-site in Calatagan, Batangas.
