Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP programs including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF)
- Perform technical analysis and provide innovative solutions for complex business requirements in SAP systems
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live support activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, code comments, and user guides
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on SAP ABAP best practices
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development
- Proficiency in ABAP programming, Object-Oriented ABAP, and SAP enhancement techniques
- Strong experience with SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or PP
- Knowledge of SAP workflow, ALE/IDoc, BAPI, and integration technologies
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5 development is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in team environments
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
