Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP specifications.
- Provide daily support and troubleshooting for SAP modules to ensure minimal system downtime.
- Collaborate with key business users to identify process improvement opportunities and system enhancements.
- Manage end-to-end testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, process flows, and user manuals.
- Facilitate effective communication between the technical team and Chinese-speaking business stakeholders.
- Support data migration activities and system upgrades as required by business projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an SAP Analyst or Functional Consultant.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory to support our regional client base.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration across core modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, or PP).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing small to medium-scale SAP implementations or enhancements.
