Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BW/4HANA, and BusinessObjects solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Develop advanced data models, ETL processes, and visualization dashboards for real-time analytics
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Optimize SAP environments for performance, scalability, and data integrity
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics solutions (SAC, BW/4HANA, BOBJ)
- Expertise in data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes with SAP landscapes
- Strong understanding of business intelligence frameworks and data visualization best practices
- SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BW/4HANA) preferred
- Experience in financial, supply chain, or customer analytics domains
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts
