- Manage and optimize SAP S/4HANA environment for FICO, SD, and MM modules
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and implement solutions
- Provide technical expertise in SAP configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Lead or participate in SAP implementation and enhancement projects
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes and configurations
- Train end-users on SAP functionality and best practices
- Stay updated on SAP trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP implementation and support
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO, SD, and MM modules
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation
- Knowledge of business processes in finance, sales, and materials management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
