Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full lifecycle of SAP Business One (SAP B1) implementation projects, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Architect and configure SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, CRM, etc.) to align with client business processes and objectives.
- Mentor and guide a team of functional consultants, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process automation and system optimization within the SAP B1 landscape.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering strategic recommendations.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation to support end-user adoption.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide innovative solutions to ensure seamless business operations.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, DBAs) to ensure seamless integration of SAP B1 with other enterprise systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP B1 Functional Consultant, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Deep functional expertise in multiple SAP Business One modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering at least 3-5 full-cycle SAP B1 implementations.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP B1 certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP B1 add-ons, SDK, or integration tools is a strong plus.
