Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the presales team to achieve key performance indicators and revenue targets.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations for SAP B1 solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning proposals and respond to RFPs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP B1, providing guidance on solution design and implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform presales strategies.
- Mentor and train junior presales consultants to enhance team capabilities.
- Participate in marketing events such as webinars and conferences to promote SAP B1 offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP B1, with a focus on presales or consulting.
- Proven experience in leading a presales team and managing stakeholder relationships.
- SAP B1 certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of ERP software and enterprise business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
