Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of SAP systems to ensure high availability and performance
- Execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal business disruption
- Manage SAP system security, user access controls, and compliance with IT policies
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective resolution strategies
- Collaborate with development teams on system integration and configuration changes
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Plan and execute capacity planning to support business growth requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis administration
- Strong expertise in SAP HANA, NetWeaver, and system landscapes
- Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning
- Proficiency in SAP administration tools (SAPMMC, DBA Cockpit, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
