You will work alongside experienced SAP architects and consultants, gaining hands-on exposure to industry-leading platforms such as S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Solution Manager. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily administration and monitoring of SAP system landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, Solution Manager).
- Perform routine performance tuning and system health checks to ensure optimal availability.
- Provide technical support to end-users and internal stakeholders regarding system connectivity and access issues.
- Support the team in conducting system upgrades, patch management, and software support packages (SP) implementation.
- Document system configurations, operational procedures, and incident resolutions for knowledge base maintenance.
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams to resolve hardware, network, or OS-level bottlenecks affecting SAP performance.
- Participate in periodic system backups, disaster recovery drills, and security audits to ensure compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in system administration are encouraged to apply.
- Fundamental understanding of OS environments (Linux/Unix or Windows Server) and database management (HANA, Oracle, or SQL).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a passion for continuous learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of SAP architecture or ERP systems is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
