Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Design and implement customized SAP solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to document and refine business requirements
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements using SAP methodologies
- Develop functional specifications and test plans for SAP module implementations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of SAP Business Analyst experience
- Proficiency in SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD preferred)
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering and process modeling
- Certification in SAP or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) advantageous
- Experience with agile implementation methodologies
