Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior consultants in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Participate in full-cycle project activities, including requirements gathering, functional documentation, and system testing.
- Support the monitoring and maintenance of SAP environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, ensuring seamless system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date technical documentation for all assigned project tasks.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest SAP features and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Foundational knowledge of database administration, network systems, or ERP concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Certification or coursework in SAP (ABAP, HANA, or functional modules) is a significant advantage.
