We are currently expanding our team and seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with a focus on PP, PM, and FICO modules to join our Central Region office.
In this role, you will take ownership of project deliverables, from initial planning through go-live and support. You will work in a dynamic environment that values creativity, precision, and teamwork. Our consultants enjoy competitive compensation, flexible arrangements, and a clear path for professional growth. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $7,500 to $11,000 per month.
Key aspects of this position include leading client engagements, designing process improvements, and ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules. Your expertise in PP and PM will help clients optimize their manufacturing and maintenance operations, while your FICO knowledge ensures financial accuracy and control. You will also contribute to pre-sales activities and participate in building our practice capabilities.
We are looking for someone who is not just technically proficient but also a proactive problem-solver and an excellent communicator. You should be comfortable working directly with clients and translating business requirements into effective SAP solutions. Fluency in English is required, and additional Asian languages are a plus.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for SAP PP, PM, and FICO modules.
- Configure SAP systems to meet business requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis workshops with clients.
- Design and document functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for existing SAP environments.
- Train and mentor end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Stay current with SAP updates and recommend continuous improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP PP, PM, and FICO modules.
- At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including project phases from blueprint to go-live.
- Deep knowledge of production planning, plant maintenance, and financial accounting processes.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration, master data setup, and integration points between PP, PM, and FICO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- SAP certification in PP, PM, or FICO is highly desirable.
