Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately encode all daily business transactions into the SAP system, ensuring 100% data integrity.
- Monitor and analyze transaction logs to identify discrepancies or errors in real-time.
- Coordinate with different departments to verify source documents and resolve encoding issues.
- Maintain and update master data records to reflect current farm and logistics operations.
- Generate periodic reports for management review to assist in operational decision-making.
- Perform regular data audits and reconciliations to ensure system output matches physical records.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive operational and financial data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Encoder or in a similar administrative role; familiarity with SAP software is highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset and the ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino/Bisaya.
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic records and a strong aptitude for data management are encouraged to apply.
